Supply Chain Performance Achievement

The Supply Chain Performance Achievement (SCPA) is an annual program to recognize superior performance as measured in the Enterprise Supplier Performance Measurement (ESPM) system. The SCPA program is globally recognized by the aerospace industry, and it acknowledges the top-performing suppliers who have demonstrated their ability to proactively manage supply chain quality, readiness, and health and deliver on Boeing’s commitment to advance global sustainability.
Boeing generally announces SCPA recipients during the first quarter of the following year.

SCPA Eligibility Criteria

  • Blue or Green composite performance ratings for each month of the SCPA performance period (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31) with no suppressed ESPM data
  • Minimum of 10 monthly deliveries or a Management Assessment rating

SCPA Recognition

  • Certificate of achievement
  • Achieving SCPA status or demonstration of outstanding achievement is a prerequisite for Boeing’s Supplier of the Year Outstanding Performance Award

The program provides increased Request for Proposal (RFP) visibility, additional consideration in the proposal evaluation, as well as increased access to supply chain topics through exclusive conference events.

Premier Bidder Program Eligibility

All BCA manufacturing suppliers are considered for the program. Those that meet or exceed performance expectations are given the distinction of Boeing Premier Bidder.
