205. Change Notification - Reorders (10/1/96). At the time of the placement of a reorder or new follow-on order, Seller agrees to notify Buyer's authorized purchasing representative, in writing, of a change issued subsequent to the initial or prior order which affects form, fit, or function or which involves substitution of material or changes to a Buyer-approved manufacturing process. Such changes will be submitted immediately to Buyer's authorized purchasing representative upon receipt of authorization to proceed or receipt of a contract from Buyer. In no event will Seller incorporate such changes into the subsequent follow-on order without Buyer's prior written approval. Seller certifies that, subsequent to Buyer's last purchase of the items to be delivered under this contract, it has not made any change which affects the form, fit, function, material, or Buyer-approved manufacturing processes of said items. If such a change is contemplated during the performance of this contract, its incorporation in items delivered under this contract must be approved in writing by Buyer's authorized purchasing representative.
