Seller agrees to provide the Buyer’s Quality Representative access to review the test programs for compliance to individual SMD requirements for each deliverable item identified under this contract/purchase order.
The Buyer’s Quality Representative reserves the right to perform audits consistent with the travelers and test programs to confirm adequate control of the Seller’s processes. The frequency of the audits will depend solely on the Seller’s ability to remain compliant with its QML Certification, and will not impede normal movement of product.
In the event that a discrepancy is discovered during the course of the process audit, Seller shall be so notified and will take corrective action as required by QML procedures. |
