Seller to indicate whether the LRU described in each
envelope drawing is repairable or nonrepairable. Seller
to use a continuation sheet if more than one envelope
drawing is identified.
Seller shall complete, date, and submit this form as part of
its solicitation response or follow-on application engineering effort to the MDC Purchasing Representative.

In compliance with DAR 7-104.9(a), Subparagraph (b)(2)(i), FAR 52.227-14 (g)(1), DFARS 52.227-7013 (b)(2)(i) or
DFARS 252.227-7013 (b)(3)(iii), Seller shall list the
assembly drawing numbers and titles down to the lowest
repairable assembly tier that will be identified as
limited rights data. Furthermore, if FAR 52-227-14
(g)(1) is applicable under any resultant contract,
and Seller desires to continue protection of detailed
manufacturing drawings, standards, processes and other
related data, Seller shall withhold such data and not furnish them to the Government (for Engineering or integrated Logistics Support provisioning purposes), but shall
identify the data being withheld on this form, and
furnish form, fit and function data independently.
(NOTE: Unless the data listed below is deliverable
under a SDRL, DID or a deferred ordering of technical
data or computer software requirement, the mere listing
of these items in this notification does not make the data deliverable to the Government.)
